4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions in Frankfort is seeking an experienced Lead Esthetician to oversee and deliver advanced skin and laser treatments while helping elevate clinical standards, client outcomes, and team performance. This role is ideal for a seasoned esthetician with hands‑on experience in Morpheus8, Hydrafacial, and Laser Hair Removal, who thrives in a leadership role within a fast‑paced med spa environment. Position Overview The Lead Esthetician will perform advanced aesthetic and laser services, lead by example, and ensure consistent, high‑quality client care across all esthetic treatments. Responsibilities Perform advanced treatments including: Hydrafacial treatments Customized facials and corrective skincare services Conduct comprehensive skin and hair‑reduction consultations Create personalized treatment plans and packages Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and home‑care products Mentor and support esthetic staff; assist with training and protocols Maintain safety standards, device protocols, and accurate documentation Collaborate with injectors and wellness providers for integrated care Support events, promotions, and new service launches Qualifications Proven hands‑on experience with Morpheus8 (required) Hydrafacial certification and experience (required) Minimum 3+ years in a med spa or advanced aesthetics setting Strong consultation, leadership, and sales skills Professional, reliable, and client‑focused mindset Schedule Full‑time or part‑time (lead role priority scheduling) Weekdays, evenings, and select weekends as needed Competitive hourly or salary pay based on experience Commission on services, packages, and retail Employee discounts on services and products Growth opportunities within the 4Ever Young brand Why Join 4Ever Young?
