Manager, HCP Promotions
AbbVie
AbbVie seeks a Manager to lead healthcare professional promotional programs for aesthetic brands including SkinMedica, Latisse, and CoolSculpting. The role involves end-to-end promotion planning, system configuration, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven performance tracking to support sales objectives and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage HCP promotions in Allē Admin and Direct platforms for non-Facial brands
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Finance, and Business Technology to plan and execute campaigns
- Manage rebate promo exceptions and escalations through internal platforms
- Develop training materials and support Customer Service and Sales team execution
- Track promotion performance through analytics dashboards and MADI reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 5+ years in sales, marketing, or project management
- Experience with Allē, Allergan Partner Privileges, and office configuration tools
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, MADI, Direct (Allergan Direct), and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of field sales operations and training
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without formal authority
