Your Support System: You'll report to our Executive Chef. You'll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Timbers and Banquets. We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within.

How We Work:

Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska Arbor Day Farm Campus Schedule: Full-Time; Flexible pm shift 2PM-10PM (Friday and Saturday are required) Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we're going to do something it's worth doing well.

What You'll Do:

• Be a part of a fast-paced work environment. Ability to stay organized and on task to keep up with high demand when busy.
• Cook menu items and saut special items. Cook foods made to order in an efficient manner. Keep a clean and tidy working space.
• Gain experience from an upscale restaurant. Receive training opportunities to advance throughout the kitchen.
• Work as a team. Be a part of helping us create a fun work environment with teamwork at the forefront to ensure a positive experience for guests.

What You'll Bring:

• Passion for hospitality, service, and the Foundation's mission.
• A love for food and cooking.
• Cooking Experience. Have at least 1 year of line cook experience. At least 17 years old.
• A creative and learning driven mindset.
• Team-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to high standards because good enough is not good enough.
