Senior Director of Community Finance

Leading the design and advancement of financial solutions for Indigenous Peoples and local communities, the full-time Senior Director of Community Bioeconomy Finance will manage strategies to mobilize and structure finance, strengthen local financial ecosystems, and build partnerships while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Co-design inclusive community bioeconomy finance strategies across priority landscapes Support the development and scaling of locally governed financial institutions serving Indigenous Peoples and local communities Build relationships with stakeholders to mobilize capital and represent the organization in global finance and conservation forums Required Qualifications Minimum 12 years of experience in development finance, impact investment, or related fields Advanced degree in economics, finance, economic development, or a related field Demonstrated experience working with local financial institutions such as SACCOs or community funds Experience designing blended finance structures or catalytic capital mechanisms Fluency in English; ability to work in Spanish strongly preferred
