PT Customer Service Representative

Part-Time: Starting at $11 per hour. Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 4:45am – 10:00am. Saturday and Sunday: 10am – 4pm. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script. Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
