The Traveling Rep. works across multiple branches, moving as needed to cover vacations or leave. The position comes with a personalized schedule (in 23-week periods), assigning work locations based on business operations. You'll have an assigned home branch and be reimbursed for mileage traveled beyond your standard route. For this role, the home branch is currently Downtown Santa Ana. A key benefit is exposure to many leaders and colleagues at each branch!

As a Personal Banker / Member Service Representative (MSR), you're more than the face of the branchyou're a trusted financial partner. You'll blend service, sales, and problem-solving to help members confidently navigate their financial journeys.

What you'll do:

• Deliver exceptional experiences by handling teller transactions with accuracy and care
• Open new accounts and guide members through consumer loan applications
• Proactively recommend products and services that truly fit member needs
• Resolve questions and concerns with a consultative, relationship-focused approach
• Create trust that lasts beyond the transactionand keeps members coming back

You'll bring:

• Banking Experience:
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union
  • Hands-on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending
• Sales & Communication Skills:
  • 2+ years cross-selling and referring financial products
  • Clear, friendly communicationprofessional but approachable
• Tech Savvy:
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms
• Schedule Flexibility:
  • MondaySaturday availability
  • Weekdays between 8:30 AM6:30 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM2:30 PM
  • Ability to commute throughout our branch network. We have 11 branches, majority in Orange County, one in Chino, and one in Long Beach

Compensation & Career Path

We believe great talent deserves fair, transparent payand room to grow. Hourly pay is based on experience, internal equity, and role level:

Member Service Rep IV $23.00$25.00 per hour. Requires a minimum one-year recent universal or personal banker experience which includes teller, new accounts, AND consumer lending expertise.
