Most recently, we won Apple’s coveted Cultural Impact Winner. Location We are looking for a Bilingual Key Account Store Operations Specialist to join our team in Chicago. This role is hybrid and requires in person attendance. The role The Key Account Store Operations Specialist will work closely with Key Partnership Managers on key accounts and provide store level support. You will track KPIs in dashboards, build positive relationships with store level employees, and follow up on opportunities and issues, ensuring that your key account stores perform at their best.
