Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working with children or in a school environment is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff and families
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle a varied caseload
• Familiarity with school-based therapy documentation and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Complete 2-4 evaluations each month, including assessing student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure each student receives comprehensive support
• Maintain detailed records, including progress notes and reports for each child on your caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to shape student success
