Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst

Senior Logistics Systems Analyst
Serves as the senior logistics systems analyst liaison between Department of War agencies. Maintains the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support / LogiCole systems. Supports enterprise-wide logistics functions across supply, inventory, equipment, maintenance, facilities, and system administration. Provides systems expertise to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics/G4. Identifies and resolves systemic issues. Assist with annual audit compliance. Prepares actions responding to internal reviews and agency findings. Guides medical supply chain management, supply accountability policies, and purchasing strategies. Reviews of Medical Surgical Prime Vendor contracts. Oversees integration of new and existing logistics systems. Coordinates with the Drug Enforcement Administration on inventory issues. Conducts assistance visits to assess financial compliance and supply accountability, including budget, hazardous waste management, and controlled substance procedures. Represents the Command at Equipment Validation Review Board. Reviews and approves equipment change. Validates requirements and justification documents with units.
