Healthcare Sales Specialist

To support a high-velocity environment, the remote Healthcare Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications with clients, assisting Medicare-eligible customers in exploring plan options and transferring them to licensed sales agents. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to Medicare-eligible customers from qualified leads and assist in transferring them to licensed agents Utilize scripts to ask required questions and overcome objections to meet transfer targets Document call outcomes and ensure a positive customer experience during open enrollment Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
