Stock Coordinator
Four Seasons Resort Hual?lai is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to support our Retail operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory flow, timely distribution of merchandise, and adherence to Four Seasons standards while working closely with retail teams and receiving partners.
What You'll Do
- Receive, ticket, and accurately enter merchandise into inventory systems
- Organize, prepare, and distribute merchandise and supplies to resort retail outlets
- Accept and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling
- Complete receiving documentation including coding, scanning, and filing
- Deliver merchandise, operational supplies, and backstock throughout the resort
- Pick up outgoing shipments and designated items from retail locations
- Fulfill merchandise and supply requests for retail outlets
- Assist with physical inventories and inventory counts
- Maintain organized stock rooms, back-of-house areas, and receiving spaces
- Support retail store operations as needed
- Follow Four Seasons safety, grooming, and operational standards
What To Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of retail or inventory/receiving experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using inventory systems
- Reliable, accountable work ethic with attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and work in a warehouse/receiving environment
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
