A school near Quincy, MA, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary caseload. You’ll empower young learners every day, working closely with collaborative teams and students who benefit from your expertise—especially those utilizing AAC devices.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure (CCC or CFY accepted)
• Prior experience in school and/or healthcare settings
• Proficiency working with pediatric populations
• Knowledge and experience with AAC devices (required)
• Comfort delivering therapy via in-person or teletherapy modalities
• Ability to adapt communication and intervention strategies for diverse learning styles
• SLPA experience or collaboration is a plus
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Serving an elementary-aged caseload with diverse speech-language needs
• Assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based interventions
• Collaborating with educational professionals, families, and support staff
• Developing and implementing IEP goals and documenting progress
• Delivering engaging, individualized, and group therapy sessions ( in-person or virtual )
• Contributing to multi-disciplinary team meetings and supporting inclusive learning environments
• Educating and coaching staff on AAC strategies
