Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Susanville , CA Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Perform non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments for Veterans. Conduct exhaustive interviews and physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Proficiently perform METs testing and evaluate respiratory and cardiovascular diagnostic data. Complete detailed medical reports, addendums, and medical opinions through a secure portal. Ensure all clinical documentation is submitted accurately to support the administrative requirements of the evaluation process. Maintain a professional environment focused solely on assessment; no prescribing or ongoing treatment is required. Qualifications & Credentialing Active and unrestricted full medical license. AANP certification. Willingness to perform General Medicine (Gen/Med) examinations. Proficient in METs testing and evaluating/diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products permitted for system compatibility). Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified (client does not reimburse for training time or portal orientation). Self-Query NPDB must be pulled within 30 days of submission. CV must include current home address for presentation. If medical education was completed outside of the United States, an ECFMG certificate is required. Providers using their own office must provide comprehensive facility photos (signage, parking, ADA compliant restrooms, exam rooms, etc.) and ensure the site meets all compliance standards. Please disclose any active military duty, reserve status, or current employment with the VA. What We Offer Daily Rate: $1,600 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer (includes time for exams and report completion). Half-day Rate: $800 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less (includes time for exams and report completion). Bonus: A one-time $650 bonus upon completion of all required training and the performance of your first exams. Local travel is included in the daily and half-day flat rates.
