About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Development and Culture to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the company's culture and workforce development agenda, with a strong focus on the 5-Pillar Culture Framework and the development of internal leadership programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's mission, vision, and values are deeply embedded in the culture and that the safety, well-being, and career growth of team members are prioritized. The VP will lead a dedicated department and work closely with executive sponsors to design and implement programs that support the growth and recognition of all team members, from the field to the executive suite. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in talent and culture leadership, with a proven track record in building and managing leadership development programs. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen, capable of managing a significant budget and delivering ROI on investment. The ideal candidate will have a background in a field-based workforce environment, such as construction, telecom infrastructure, or utilities, and experience in a high-growth company where talent and culture are directly linked to business outcomes. Key competencies include extreme ownership, a field-first orientation, executive communication, a builder's mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functionally.
