Pearl Talent is recruiting a Remote People Operations Coordinator for a fast-growing US mental health practice. You will support onboarding, payroll inquiries, and benefits for 100+ clinicians and staff, coordinating credentialing and state-specific processes. You will train staff on internal systems, join interviews for leadership roles, and ensure HIPAA-compliant record-keeping.
