Senior Manager Human Resources

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field required. 8–10 years of HR experience required, with strong knowledge across HR functions and the ability to use HR as a strategic business lever. Strong HR generalist background , with specialization in areas such as: Change management Organizational effectiveness/development Recruitment and selection Compensation Employee relations Performance management HRIS Training and development Policy development and administration Experience managing both exempt and non-exempt employees required. Experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization is a must. Extensive HR business partner/client-facing experience preferred. Experience leading HR projects and process improvements . Proven ability to support a diverse employee population , ranging from non-exempt employees to professional/business functions. Demonstrated experience partnering with leadership on organizational restructuring and organizational design initiatives. Manufacturing plant/industrial HR background strongly preferred — the client is specifically looking for someone who has hands‑on HR experience working in a manufacturing plant environment , rather than someone whose experience has primarily been in a corporate/desk‑based HR role.
