Cheeseboat Hell’s Kitchen is hiring an experienced bartender to join our team.
We are looking for someone reliable, professional, fast, and friendly, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide excellent guest service at the bar and tables
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Follow liquor laws and responsible alcohol service standards
- Work well with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Help with opening, closing, and side work duties
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience required
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- NYC restaurant experience is a plus
Compensation:
