Physical Therapist - Full Time

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team near Basalt, Colorado. As a physical therapist at our clinic, you will work with patients to assess and treat physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities, helping them regain mobility and improve quality of life. You will be part of a supportive team committed to delivering top-notch care to every individual.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including strength, flexibility, and posture.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address specific patient needs.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on proper techniques and lifestyle changes to promote healing and prevent further injury.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain an organized and clean clinic environment.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for helping others and providing exceptional patient care.
