Strategic Chief of Staff for Community Impact

The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Yonkers branch. This position serves as a key strategic partner to the President & CEO and is responsible for providing executive oversight over various community-based initiatives, including youth development and violence prevention programs. Applicants should possess a Master's degree and 7-10+ years of leadership experience, preferably within nonprofit organizations. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex operations are essential.
