Certified Nurse Aide
As a Certified Nurse Aide at The Villa at Texarkana, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are committed to delivering the highest level of care, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. Certified Nurse Aides are crucial to our mission, and we are eager to welcome a new team member to our family.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including incontinence care and mobility assistance
- Promote resident dignity and independence while maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Document resident care and progress in accordance with our established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Certified Nurse Aide will also be responsible for reporting concerns and observations to the nursing team and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents
