Your Role What Awaits You

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab testsranging from chemistry and hematology to immunologywhile following established protocols to ensure reliability.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy and troubleshoot where necessary, ensuring instruments are well-maintained with proactive calibration and preventive upkeep.
• Assist in specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples ready for testing when required.
• Thoroughly document all processes carried out, mentor new staff and students, while helping to uphold the highest standards of lab quality.
• Create a clean and safe workspace, abiding by all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, plus the preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) from ASCP or AMT, to be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your time with us.
