This position ensures that the assigned Community Rehabilitation Programs provide the highest level of services, while maintaining compliance with prevalent rules, regulations, policies, procedures and laws that govern their daily operation. This position will act as the liaison between the agency and the Community Rehabilitation Program. The employee serves as a member of the Regional Management Team. Responsible for the development of new programs in Supported Employment and Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment to meet the needs of the local office. Travel required within catchment area and occasional travel required outside of area. Work is performed independently under the general supervision of the Assistant Regional Director.Duty station will be located in the Eastern Region at the discretion of management and program needs.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesSalary Grade Range $55,221 - $96,639Recruitment Range $55,221 - $76,000**Position is eligible for a hybrid-teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours**Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
