Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Night 4x12-Hour Shift: 18:45 - 07:15

Job Description

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse range of medical challenges. Qualified candidates will possess experience in emergency medicine and be comfortable working night shifts, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop care plans for patients presenting with various emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Monitor and document patient conditions using the EPIC charting system.
• Handle critical situations including trauma cases, drug overdoses, and respiratory emergencies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred; however, less may be considered.
• Active RN license in Oklahoma or compact state.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS at the time of submission.
• Experience in a travel nursing capacity is required.
