DakotAbilities, in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking to fill the position of Residential Manager. At DakotAbilities, we are like family and we have a fun, flexible culture! We are a nonprofit organization that provides residential, vocational, supported living and intensive medical services to over 130 people with developmental disabilities. As an organization, we strive to provide excellent service and care to residents and their families. Responsibilities A leadership style known for developing and coaching employees A flexible, energetic personality, capable of managing diverse personalities while projecting calm, care, and professionalism in all work-related situations A passion for serving others Scheduling experience BA/BS Degree or two years’ experience working with people that have disabilities or equivalent experience and/or education required. Previous supervisory experience required. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of direct care professionals and make a difference each day!
