Local/Travel Acute Care RN, earn up to $2,730 per week

Travel Nurse - Med/Surg, ER, OB

Provide acute nursing care in a hospital setting, working 4x12 shifts over a 13-week assignment near Junction City, Kansas. This travel role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Med/Surg, ER, or OB units
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress
• Execute patient safety protocols and respond promptly to medical emergencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years recent Med/Surg experience
• Proficiency in acute care nursing with flexibility for ER and OB specialties
• Ability to work 4x12-hour shifts (day or night)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move equipment and patients

Preferred Skills:

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) (preferred for ER/OB experience)
• Experience in Critical Access or Small Hospital settings (highly preferred)
