Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | 36 Hours per Week | Days (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday per Department Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EHR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and disposition

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• Proficiency with Epic EHR
• Must reside 75 or more miles from the facility (no local contracts)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior Emergency Department nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma environment
