Compounder Highlights: Schedule: 1st shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pay Range: $27 Hourly Location: On-site in Van Nuys, CA 91406 Compounder Responsibilities: Accurately measure and mix raw material ingredients according to formulas and instructions to produce batches weighing 0–800 lbs Work on orders based on earliest ship date and record any substitutions or over-pours with supervisor approval Add raw materials manually or via dispensing systems using scales, following correct sequence of mixing Heat batches and materials as necessary using hot plates while ensuring safety and quality standards are met Thoroughly mix batches, ensuring they are free of crystals Maintain and clean equipment and work area, and report equipment issues to the supervisor Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, understanding the hazards of handling chemicals Use hand scanners to track materials and assist in year-end inventory Compounder Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years of industrial work experience required, preferably in chemical compounding Prior forklift experience preferred If you are interested in this Compounder position, please apply to this posting with Luke H. at A-Line!
