Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investor Engagement Specialists to manage and nurture relationships with investors , ensuring they are actively connected to high-quality private market opportunities.

This is not an employment role . Specialists operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investor Engagement Specialists:

• Manage and grow a network of accredited investors

• Communicate and engage investors with qualified opportunities

• Coordinate introductions between investors and deal sponsors

• Track investor interest, engagement, and feedback

• Support analysts and deal scouts in facilitating smooth diligence handoffs

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified record of investor engagement within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with strong investor networks, relationship management experience, and communication skills .

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Investor Engagement Specialists may:

• Introduce deals to investors and track engagement

• Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, thesis)

• Maintain a structured investor pipeline and manage follow-ups

• Coordinate initial introductions between investors and deal principals

• Support early-stage diligence handoff (analysts handle modeling)

Specialists are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or capital raising.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Specialists may facilitate investor engagement across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on professional credibility and investor network access.

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

• Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Specialist role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality engagement

4. Begin engaging investors and coordinating introductions

All engagement occurs through curated, platform-driven channels , with no cold pitching or blind outreach required.
