Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $184.30 - $199.50

This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM. Ongoing coverage beginning October 1, 2026.

Practice Setting: Inpatient rehabilitation hospital attached to the main hospital. No outpatient responsibilities.

Type of Cases and Required Procedures: Inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation care, assigned patient rounding, admissions, rehabilitation consultations, interdisciplinary team leadership, and supervision of advanced practice providers. Majority of patients have neurologic diagnoses including stroke and traumatic brain injury. Consultation service volume of 2540 patients.

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days

Electronic Medical Record: Epic.

Certifications Required: Basic Life Support.

Licensure Required: Active North Carolina medical license.
