Details is a downtown Eau Claire fashion boutique looking for a part-time Sales Associate who loves fashion and enjoys connecting with customers. This is a floor-selling role where your personality and product knowledge make the difference.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent customer experience on the sales floor
- Build and maintain relationships with regular customers
- Process sales and returns using our Shopify POS system
- Keep the floor organized, stocked, and looking sharp
- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory and new arrivals
What we're looking for:
- Experience in fashion retail sales
- Comfortable with Shopify or similar POS systems
- A natural with people — warm, engaging, and remembered by customers
- Reliable and takes pride in their work
Schedule & pay:
- Part-time, 2–3 days per week
- Monday–Saturday, 10am–5pm
- Flexible scheduling
- $18/hour
