You'll support and motivate a talented team, ensure smooth daily operations, and help maintain the high standards of service that make Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa a premier destination. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and inspire food and beverage team members Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service Train and develop staff to maintain outstanding hospitality standardsMonitor inventory and coordinate supply orders as needed Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and concerns Partner with management to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability What We're Looking For Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills A positive attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment Knowledge of health and safety regulations Be Part of Something Special At Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, we're more than a workplace we're a team that takes pride in creating memorable experiences for our guests and supporting one another every day.
