A well-established and reputable Pain Management practice with multiple locations throughout Sacramento County is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. This role is based in an outpatient clinic located approximately 20 miles northeast of downtown Sacramento . You'll be joining a collaborative, supportive environment dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients across the Sacramento region. Why Join Us? Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience: $140,000-170,000 Quarterly bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% paid for the provider after 30 days) Paid malpractice insurance 401(k) retirement plan CME time off plus annual allowance Generous PTO and paid sick time Position Details Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No weekends or holidays Very minimal call responsibility Optional Saturday clinic available for additional compensation (voluntary) EMR system: NexGen Procedures are not required; training available for trigger point injections if interested Qualifications Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner Certification Active California Nurse Practitioner license (or in process) Prior experience in Pain Management preferred New graduates will be considered if they demonstrate a strong interest in pain management Community: In this historic, vibrant community, a Nurse Practitioner can find a balance of professional opportunity and quality of life.
