In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our commercial clients, primarily supporting middle-market accounts with more complex coverage needs, guiding them through the intricacies of their policies while ensuring their businesses are well-protected.

Responsibilities- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts
- Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes with accuracy
- Review coverages and identify gaps or account-rounding opportunities
- Communicate effectively with carrier partners and clients
- Provide proactive, consultative service that strengthens long-term relationships
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Commercial lines experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A client-first mindset and passion for delivering outstanding service
