Our organization in Jefferson, Iowa is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of our expanding team as we prepare for a smooth transition following the retirement of a valued physician. The Opportunity

Exclusively outpatient practice - no obstetrics, no emergency room duties, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.
Immediately engage with a high patient volume in a trusted, community-focused clinic.
Optional leadership position available: Chief of Staff, supported by a robust administrative team.
Enjoy a flexible four-day workweek that promotes an outstanding work-life balance.
Visa sponsorship options available, including support for J1 and H1B visas.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting base salary ranging from $310,000 to $325,000, with additional earning potential through wRVU bonuses.
Incentives including a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, annual quality bonuses, continuing medical education (CME) support, student loan repayment, and licensure reimbursement.
