You'll work on a team to build high-quality, performant and well-tested UI software using JavaScript, TypeScript and React. This software must comply with coding standards of the leadership team and maintain the quality and usability expectations of our clients.Success is measured by the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of deployed software solutions. The work impacts organizational capabilities by enabling efficient, cloud-native software systems that support business functions.Job Responsibilities:Maintains and enhances frontend web solutions to ensure system reliability and performanceWrite well-designed, well-tested UI codeIntegrate with internal and external APIsWork closely with the Product Owners and UI/UX Designers to create user-friendly workflowsPresents new ideas and frameworks to improve existing systems, processes, and servicesCollaborates with team members to decompose features into user stories and provide accurate estimatesAlso responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experienceOR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
