Serve as the senior financial and performance authority for designated control accounts within Mission Systems ADP. Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of Earned?Value Management (EVM) processes to ensure program cost, schedule, and technical performance remain within approved baselines and to provide actionable insight to senior leadership.

U.S. Citizenship (with ability to obtain or maintain required security clearance) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)

Proficiency with EVM tools such as Primavera?P6?EVM, Deltek Costpoint, or SAP Project System Strong Excel/Power?BI modeling and data?analysis skills Working knowledge of DoD EVM standards (ANSI/EIA?748, DoD?5000.02) and related acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) Effective communication abilityboth written and oralto present complex performance data to technical and senior leadership audiences Demonstrated leadership in cross?functional teams

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. This position requires a Secret security clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
