Spa Manager

About the Role The Spa Manager oversees daily operations of a Slick Rock spa location, leading a team of 5-8 Wellness Consultants to achieve and surpass revenue goals while delivering exceptional client service. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing scheduling, fostering lifelong client relationships, and building a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentorship, and accountability. This position will be at one of our Spokane area spas (North Spokane, Spokane Valley, or South Hill) What You’ll Do Lead and align team efforts to protect client loyalty and exceed revenue goals Recruit, interview, and hire top talent to meet scheduling needs and position requirements Track and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and set goals accordingly Conduct 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions per company policy Develop future leaders through continuous mentorship Execute promotional rollouts, distribute marketing materials, and lead adoption of best practices Communicate and implement company initiatives, policies, and processes consistently Ensure every client receives outstanding service and resolve client concerns professionally Foster a positive, motivated, and cohesive team culture Lead by example with strong standards, professionalism, and accountability Build staff schedules to meet workflow and sales needs while avoiding unnecessary overtime Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring 2+ years of experience in the beauty or wellness industry (managerial/supervisory preferred) 4+ years of progressive leadership experience Strong sales performance mindset with the ability to coach and develop a team Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and take action to improve results Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay adaptable and accountable Proficiency with MS Office, Windows, Google Suite, and similar software High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong team relationships High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred in business or related field) Why You’ll Love It We're big on celebrating success - and that includes yours High-impact leadership role with clear expectations and measurable results Opportunity to coach, mentor, and develop future leaders Strong autonomy with support from a growing organization Team-focused culture with accountability and recognition Long-term opportunity in a fast-growing wellness company Compensation & Benefits $23 - $27/hr + Monthly Bonuses 401(k) w/3.5% match Health insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Accident Insurance Paid time off Employee Wellness membership (free Sun, Spray & Spa services) Employee discounts Paid training Professional development Community service opportunities Team events Physical Needs Prolonged standing, walking, bending, or kneeling Intermittent sitting at a desk and working on a computer Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to access and navigate all areas of the spa and move safely in confined spaces
