ASE Master Certified Technician OpportunityWe seek highly skilled and motivated certified CJDR technicians to join our team at Stateline CJDR in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Our service department is growing at an exponential rate; we currently generate 1,750 repair orders on average per month. We have a well seasoned team of service advisors that are pushing to be the best performing store in our market. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on CJDR vehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and meet our dealership's high-quality standards. This full-time position offers a base salary plus commission, with a pay rate of $25 to $48 per hour with increases based on performance.Performance Bonus:100 Flagged hours = $2.50 retroactively120 Flagged hours = $5.00 retroactivelyCompensation & Benefits:Salary: $30 to $53 per hour (paid semi-monthly)Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the companyComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time offOngoing training and development programsEmployee discounts on vehicle purchases, service, and partsClimate controlled shop!Responsibilities:Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policiesTest components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehiclesDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systemsCommunicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection reportExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsRequirements:Must have ASE Master Certification or CJDR equivalent training (Phase 3)Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenanceFast learnerGood written and verbal communication skillsGood customer service skillsTeam playerComputer literateAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentValid driver’s licenseAbout the Dealership:Mills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
