In this role, you'll develop relationships within your community, educate clients on their insurance options, and provide personalized coverage recommendations across a variety of personal and commercial insurance products.

What You'll Do

• Sell personal and commercial lines insurance using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Educate clients on coverage options, including auto, home, and related insurance products.
• Build, maintain, and grow a book of business through new client acquisition and ongoing relationship management.
• Provide exceptional service to support client retention and renewals.
• Utilize available agency systems, technology, and resources to efficiently manage client interactions.

What You'll Bring

• Active Virginia personal lines insurance license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of property & casualty insurance sales experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload and prioritize effectively.
• Professional, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines.

Opportunity

This opportunity may be available as either a W-2 employee position or a 1099 independent contractor engagement, depending on the candidate and business needs. Compensation structure, benefits (if applicable), and other details will be discussed during the interview process.
