Recruiter PositionLocation: Sugar Land, TX Pay: $55,000–$65,000 DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Assignment: 3–6 months, with potential for extension Work Arrangement: Hybrid — onsite 3–4 days/week during the first 3–4 weeks of training, then 1 day/week onsite Interview Process: 1st interview via Teams; 2nd interview onsiteAbout the OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help support a growing recruiting department. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, technically savvy, highly organized, and comfortable managing high-volume recruiting across multiple positions and business functions. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify top talent, build candidate pipelines, and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively.What You'll DoDevelop and execute recruiting strategies to meet organizational hiring needsManage high-volume recruiting across multiple roles and business areasSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other channelsBuild and maintain strong pipelines of qualified active and passive candidatesPartner with hiring managers and HR to develop and refine job descriptionsPost positions across appropriate job boards and professional organizationsManage recruiting activity, documentation, reporting, and applicant tracking systemsTrack recruiting metrics, including time-to-source and time-to-fillMaintain regular communication with hiring managers throughout the recruiting processIdentify and recommend new sourcing strategies and process improvementsSupport onboarding and training of new recruiters by sharing knowledge and best practicesWhat We're Looking For4+ years of professional recruiting experienceProven experience managing high-volume recruitingExperience recruiting for multiple roles or business lines simultaneouslyBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceStrong knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Microsoft Office/Teams, and Adobe PDFExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritizeExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesProfessional phone presence and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to take direction, ask questions, learn quickly, and work independentlyCommitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and continuous learningWhy This Opportunity?If you're an experienced Recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, this could be a great opportunity to make an immediate impact while working closely with hiring leaders and the recruiting team.
