What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment is valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Compassionate and creative approach to supporting students’ unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with diverse communication challenges
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff, contributing to an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary collaboration
