Annuals/Flowers Supervisor

Position Summary The Annuals & Flowers Supervisor leads seasonal flower and annual installations while working hands‑on with the crew. This role is primarily field‑based, with limited office responsibilities. The position is seasonal, with a winter layoff period and snow participation as needed. Key Responsibilities Include: Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met on all job sites Supervise and work alongside a crew of approximately 4-8 employees installing and maintaining annuals and flowers Order plant material from nurseries and maintain accurate inventory Plan daily work activities and communicate progress, needs, and issues to management Train crew members on proper planting techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures Participate in snow operations during winter months as needed Qualifications & Requirements Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or seasonal color installation preferred Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test Ability to perform physical labor outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs Schedule & Seasonal Expectations Full‑time during peak growing season Seasonal layoff during winter months Snow work required as needed during winter weather events Why Join Us Hands‑on leadership role with minimal office time Opportunity to manage and take pride in high‑visibility seasonal work Supportive team environment with room for growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
