The role involves leading a national market growth team, driving business development, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve the company's growth objectives. The Vice President will also be accountable for leading client management efforts, shaping strategic business development plans, and ensuring the team meets annual sales goals. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 15 years of experience in business development and client management, particularly within the AEC or aviation management consulting marketplace. The role requires a proven track record in leading market growth and client development strategies, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales processes, be adept at business development negotiations, and have experience with CRM systems.
