We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborativeoutpatient team in Santa Monica, CA. This opportunity is ideal for a clinicianwho enjoys helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety,function, and independence through individualized, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualizedplans of care based on functional goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercise,mobility, balance, gait, and functional training.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatmentplans as clinically appropriate.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers onsafety and home programs.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing,rehabilitation professionals, and the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapyprogram.
- Active CA Physical Therapist license in goodstanding, or eligibility for licensures.
- Current BLS/CPR certification as required by theemployer.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication,documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in the applicable setting preferred;qualified clinicians at varying experience levels are encouraged to apply.
