Customer Service Associate I

Overview We re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash removal, and neat presentation Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents Physical ability to lift 30 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Strong organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Perks and Benefits Employee Assistance Program Retirement plans Educational assistance And more We are an equal opportunity employer and committed to recruiting, hiring, training, and promoting qualified people of all backgrounds, and make all employment decisions without regard to any protected status.
