Electrification & Energy Solutions Division Caterpillar’s Electrification & Energy Solutions (E+ES) Division will focus on delivering advanced electrified power trains, zero‑emissions products/technologies, and the solutions and services associated with these technologies. Focus areas include batteries, fuel cells, motors, inverters, micro‑grid controllers, charging, energy storage systems, lifecycle solutions/services, and integration of components for ePowertrain solutions across industries. Job Summary We are seeking a visionary and execution‑focused Manufacturing Engineering Manager to help manage Caterpillar’s motor prototyping facility in Noblesville, Indiana. This site represents a pivotal step in advancing our division’s electrification strategy and will play a critical role in developing multiple motor technologies. You will be responsible for scaling operations, fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and collaboration, and leading a team of operations professionals.
