Key Responsibilities Implementation, configuration, and support of call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions for the client. Hands‑on engineering, vendor coordination, testing, performance support, and post‑production stabilization. Participate in performance testing and tuning activities to ensure application stability and scalability NOTE: Role requires 60% onsite client work in Pennington NJ; Charlotte NC; or Addison, TX and client mandated time away, 5 days per quarter.
