Sales Account Executive

Propy is a start to finish real estate transactional company that uses AI and modern day technologies to streamline the closing process. We believe that a real estate agent should do what they do best, sell real estate. There is never a reason to be that 3rd party liaison that agents so often are in a closing. All transactions are securely recorded both on local county records and blockchain ledger, ensuring transparency and safety. With over $5B in processed transactions, Propy is innovating the industry. Role Description This is a full-time remote role based in Alabama for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with brokers and real estate agents, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize the Propy platform for clients. Job Responsibilities Generate new leads and qualify inbound leads through cold calling agents and brokers (50 calls per day) Set up and run virtual and in-person meetings with Real Estate agents and brokers Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals Educate prospects about the benefits of the products and services Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas Collaborate with the team to understand client's needs and provide tailored solutions Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, pipeline, and client information Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to improve sales skills and knowledge Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team Compensation and Benefits Employment type: full-time Base compensation: $65,000 per year (negotiable depending on your location and skills) On-target earnings of $80,000 for year 1 and $120,000 for year 2 Bonuses and uncapped commission, paid monthly Career growth opportunity (Sr. Account Executive) Established sales outreach, scripts and playbooks Corporate and industry eventsS 1-month ramp-up period Meet or exceed sales targets: 3 sales meetings generated per day (2 weeks ramp-up period) Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to sales activities: 150 points per day, 1-50 points per task Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction or NPS Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM (Hubspot) Required education and certifications: Bachelor's degree in a sales, marketing, or business administration field is preferred but not required Required Experience and Skills 3+ years of sales experience is required Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required Experience selling to Real Estate agents and brokers is preferred Title Account Executive experience is a plus Excellent proficiency in cold calling (50 calls per day) and handling objections Real estate industry knowledge is required Blockchain, Web3, Crypto industry knowledge is a plus Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills Startup experience, and Enjoys working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment Excellent time management and organization skills Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to effectively cold call, execute email and LinkedIn campaigns, and handle objections Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Sroficiency in using CRM and sales software to track leads and opportunities (Hubspot) Remote work experience is requiredR Required hard and technical skills: Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is required Cold calling experience is required Real estate industry knowledge is required Web3, Blockchain industry knowledge is a plus Proficiency in using CRM and sales software to track leads and opportunities Understanding of sales processes and related procedures Required soft skills and traits: Excellent communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and persuasion Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Self-motivated and proactive, with an entrepreneurship mindset and ability to work independently Customer service orientation and a focus on delivering high-quality service Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions Positive attitude, resilience, and a growth mindset Sble to handle rejection without becoming emotionally affected Ethical and professional conduct, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity Cultural fit and company values: Team-player mindset, supportive, willing to collaborate and help other team members. “People, not robots” Ability to build rapport easily; values relationship-building Presentable, with a professional appearance Flexible, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and adapts quickly in a fast-changing startup environment High ethical standards, honesty, and transparency Results-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs Proactive, energetic, involved in company life, and provides feedback Comfortable working remotely with team members from diverse backgrounds #J-18808-Ljbffr
