What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality medical-surgical and oncology nursing care to patients
• Monitor patients' cardiac status and interpret dysrhythmias, especially related to chemotherapy and disease management
• Manage arterial lines, PICC lines, and central lines; access ports and assist with chest tube procedures
• Administer blood products, medication, and IV therapy
• Use specialized equipment such as GE telemetry monitors, bladder scanners, and Alaris pumps
• Support infection prevention protocols and fall prevention strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting, preferably with oncology familiarity
• EPIC electronic medical record experience
• BLS certification (required)
• Skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, port access, line management, and IV starts
• Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels
