Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical
***ASAP START REQUIRED*** Float Pool: 2 years of Stepdown experience required; prior travel experience required. Will consider a MS or MS/Tele RN with some SD/PCU experience. Ratios: 1:5-6. BLS ACLS required. Floating REQUIRED, float between medical floor, stepdown/ICU and surg/onc. Prior charge experience preferred or must be willing to cross train into a charge role on the med surg unit. Stepdown experience required, with ICU experience preferred. the patients that we would have these RNs float down to care for would be more of the stepdown variety than a heavy ICU type patient. EMR: Epic. HWL prescreen with manager direct interview and offer.
